This depends on your fitness level and preferences.
INSTRUCTOR: You can filter workouts from your favorite instructor.
DURATION: Choose a workout that fits into your schedule. We recommend the 45 minute signature workout, but you can choose workouts from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.
LEVEL: If you are a beginner you may choose a “Level 1” workout to start. You can progress to Levels 2 and 3 as you gain more experience.
WORKOUT PHASE: You can choose your workouts based on the types of exercise you want to take.
You can pick our “SIGNATURE” workouts that includes all three phases of the Myx workout (Ride/ Tone/Restore)
You can choose “RIDE” if you just want to workout strictly on the bike. Gets your heart pumping with high cardio, endurance, and interval rides
“TONE” has a variety of strength training workouts, including kettlebells, dumbbell training, HIIT, circuits, core, and barre.
“RESTORE and RECOVERY” are essential, so we offer stretching, mobility and functional movement instructions using foam rolling, and yoga.
