Which workout should I choose?

            This depends on your fitness level and preferences.    

            INSTRUCTOR: You can filter workouts from your favorite instructor.

            DURATION: Choose a workout that fits into your schedule.  We recommend the 45 minute signature workout, but you can choose workouts from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.

            LEVEL: If you are a beginner you may choose a “Level 1” workout to start. You can progress to Levels 2 and 3 as you gain more experience.

            WORKOUT PHASE: You can choose your workouts based on the types of exercise you want to take.    

            • You can pick our “SIGNATURE” workouts that includes all three phases of the Myx workout (Ride/ Tone/Restore)

            • You can choose “RIDE” if you just want to workout strictly on the bike. Gets your heart pumping with high cardio, endurance, and interval rides

            • “TONE” has a variety of strength training workouts, including kettlebells, dumbbell training, HIIT, circuits, core, and barre.

            • “RESTORE and RECOVERY” are essential, so we offer stretching, mobility and functional movement instructions using foam rolling, and yoga.
